| Review: | Everything is a pre-existing They get out of paying by finding everything as a pre-existing condition. Even if your pet is healthy if the vet states for example that you cat is wheezing VPI will claim it was pre-existing because it probably manifested before the policy was in effect. I ended up paying MORE for my pets care with VPI that I would have without! |
