| Review: | Worst... Customer service.... ever!!!! I've had their insurance for 2 years and got the renewal for a 3rd year stating that the premium was going up 75%. I called and canceled it. Two weeks later, I found that they had charged my expired credit card for the 3rd year. My wife called them back and the customer "service" rep yelled at her about how we were going to kill our dog if we didn't keep the insurance and that she should get a new policy for herself and keep it a secret from me. Do not get this insurance unless you want a lot of headaches. |

I agree this it is 12/09, i submitted my claim 11/24 and was told by three different reps that i would have coverage and the check would be in the mail to me by 12/12, i found out today that it was denied because it was "pre existing condition" but this was the first time the dog had been to the vet so how can it be a "pre existing diagnosis", i have had calls into supervisors and they won't call me back the customer service agents are rude, and will push your buttons and talk to you like you are stupid and you don't know what you are talking about. this company is a joke! |
