| Review: | AKC Horrible Provider for you and your pet I HAD THIS INSURANCE WITH THE AKC -- IT WAS DREADFUL. THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHAT IT REPRESENTED. DON'T FALL FOR THE AKC NAME - AS I HAD - IT MEANS NOTHING WITH THIS INSURANCE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SELF FUND OR FIND A REPUTABLE PROVIDER. ANY PREMIUM IS TOO MUCH WHEN THEY DON'T DELIVER WHAT THEY REPRESENT. THE AKC HAS AWAY TO WEASEL OUT OF REIMBURSEMENTS. SELF FUND OR FIND A REPUTABLE PROVIDER. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY ****READ**** THE FINE PRINT. AKC DOESN'T COVER HERIDITARY CONDITIONS, DIABETIES, KIDNEY, ARTHITIS AND MANY OTHER THINGS. PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN INVOLVING HEALTH CARE FOR YOUR PET THROUGH THE AKC. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | The Illusion I have now cancelled with the AKC Pet Healthcare Plan Insurance. The colossal problem with the AKC is the "per incident" and "chronic" add in heredity and arthritis -- so in the end you basically have the "ILLUSION" of coverage. My experience has been something is forever fallen into one of these categories - when it is not the facts. Now add in the denied claims, lack of integrity with the AKC Pet Healthcare Plan Insurance, you only paid for the "fantasy" of have a creditable provider while covered with the AKC. You pay huge premiuns and have basically nothing - they lose paperwork all the time, deplorable customer service. As stated, I have dropped the AKC and guess what -- I now have a creditable provider for my pup without an "ILLUSION" of coverage -- my new provider is based on "factual" claims processed and paid Comments [ 0 ] |
