| Review: | SCAM AFTER HAVING INSURANCE WITH PETS BEST FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS, MY DOG HAD AN EMERGENCY ( AN IRRITATED THROAT WHICH CAUSED HIS AIRWAY TO ALMOST CLOSE COMPLETELY OFF ) AND NEEDED CARE, PETS BEST TURNED DOWN MY CLAIM FOR EVERYTHING DUE TO MY DOG BEING AN ENGLISH BULLDOG....MY VET INFORMED ME THAT AS OF LATE PETS BEST HAS BEEN VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH....A TOTAL SCAM..THEY SIT BACK TAKE YOU MONEY MONTH AFTER MONTH AND WHEN NEEDED..THEY TURN YOU DOWN....SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM |

There isn’t enough information here to contact you personally, but it sounds like your dog suffered from collapsing trachea, which is a congenital condition not covered by pet insurance.
