pets best has paid all of my claims correctly
I have submitted numerous claims to pets best for my cat and dog and each was paid according to the terms of my contract. Read the policy! there are waiting periods ( 3 days to 15 days) and pre-exsisting condition clauses, you can't get insurance for something already diagnosed! I wish i had gotten my policy sooner because my cat getting ill was what prompted me to get insurance and now that condition is not covered : ( but i knew that when i got the policy. |
