This insurance co is a complete scam!
We read a lot of reviews and info to find the best pet ins co for our two dogs. We thought this was it until one of our dogs was injured. They wouldn't cover any part of it trying to find any reason to show our claim was out of the coverage terms. Bottom line it was completely within the coverage terms and they wouldn't pay a penny of our $4000 injury regardless. Our vet told us after the fact they have received many complaints of the same story regarding this and several other ins co. Best suggestion is to simply save up in preparation of an injury or illness. Whatever you do don't use this company, they are a scam and won't pay for anything they claim to cover! |
