| Review: | Submit a claim and get thrown out Denied: One $147 claim for a latent infection diagnosis by these people, who for the second time claim they've lost the documentation, but curiously say they've got enough to deny the claim based on a pre-existing condition that is a) under control and b) has absolutely nothing to do with the infection. Collecting from these people is a huge hassle because they do everything they can to beat you down to avoid paying. So now, PetFirst is on the clock: They'll either pay this claim, or they're of no use to me and the policy will be canceled. If pet insurance doesn't cover a rudimentary illness, what good is it? Furthermore, I know people in the Kroger front office in Cincinnati. If this claim doesn't get paid, those people are going to get the full dossier on how I've been treated. |
