| Review: | Terrible Customer Service I would never recommend this insurance company. Submitted a written request to cancel the policy per their instruction and 5 months later they are still billing me. The customer service agents I have spoken with were rude and unhelpful. I have to get my credit card company involved to help and they have still not issued credits. Do not get sucked in - it is not worth it. |
