| Review: | Go elsewhwere! I took my dog in to the vet in November, they paid the $43 claim in February. Initially they denied my claim, didn't call me back for 3 weeks, I finally got a Supervisor involved and they admitted that they made a mistake and sent the cheque within 2 weeks but then 2 weeks later I received a list of exclusions. if you want to fight for what you are entitled to, be ignored and wait for months then consider them. I plan to go elsewhwere. |

After reading the other reviews I am amazed, they also lost documents and the vet and I had to re-send them multiple times and whenever I called to confirm that they had everything I was assured that everything was fine only to find out that they claimed to have sent me a rejection letter months before that I never received either. Wow, it sucks that that is their pattern, it was frustrating and annoying and I am glad that what was wrong with Max was minor, as now I know. |
