Review: OUTSTANDING PROVIDER
I have switched to Embrace -- they are an absolutely AWESOME provider. Outstanding customers service, claims processing, knowledgeable staff and all around outstanding provider. I speak with experience since I had 4 pups covered under the AKC and the AKC Pet Healthcare Plan was an illusion of insurance when I had to utilize the AKC and they did not pay the claims - many a loop hole with the AKC. With Embrace I now sleep at night. They have "PROVEN" they are no "illusion" as the AKC. EMBRACE has processed wellness claims, dental claims, RX claims as well as illness -- and I know I am in GREAT HANDS now that I have the good fortune to be with this outstanding provider!

Review: Wonderful product
We had this insurance when our 8 year old chow cross developed a malignancy around the lining of her heart. It cost $2500 just to perform a proper diagnosis with all the bloodwork and tests involved. Unfortunately there were no options for our beloved pet that would provide long term quality of life so we had to euthanize her. Thank goodness we had this insurance. They were very prompt in paying our claim and paid 80% of the costs. Their customer service is wonderful.
